Dispatch Status: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: Free shipping is valid for order value only above ₹3000. It is valid for all states except north-east states of India. Kindly, check your pincode serviceability at the checkout.

Order Cancellation or Any Changes:
1) If you're looking for cancellation or any changes in your order, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. Any changes or cancellation of order after pickup won't be possible for us to do.
2) If you still want to cancel/return the order, you can ship back the order to warehouse address (same as mentioned on shipping label).
3) Once the order reaches back to our warehouse, we'll process further for refund or exchange.
4) In case of refund, refund amount will be order amount minus shipping charges.
5) In case of exchange, shipping charges will be charged extra.
